How many lbs. do you have to lose to drop 1% body fat?

depends on your weight and how much you have
ill giv you an example
if you weigh 200 pounds and have 20%
you have 40 pounds of fat
to loose 1% you would have to loose 2 pounds of fat
since .2*200=40
and .19*200=38

    That would depend on your body weight. Your body fat percentage is the amount of your weight that's made up of fat. So if you weigh 200 lbs with 20% body fat, then you have 40 lbs of fat. To drop 1% body fat you would need to lose 2 lbs of fat. If you weighed 100 lbs with 20% body fat, you'd have 20 lbs of fat, and would need to lose 1 lb of fat to lose 1%.
